Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive at 3:30 PM, which is 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Answer
While the venue is right next to some free parking, it may be limited since it’s public. We will have a shuttle running from Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa Marina. If you would like to park there, or at the nearby Marina Village, hop on the shuttle by 3:30 and it will bring you to the venue and back to your car at night.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
Wear what makes you comfortable! Recommended beach formal. Women: Graceful summer dresses or full-length jumpsuits in light colors or floral prints are ideal. Men: A summer suit with a light linen shirt, or linen pants with a dress shirt would work great. No ties are required.

What will the weather be like this time of year?
Answer
It should be in the 70s and not too hot since it’s in the evening. The venue does get a nice breeze.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Answer
They will both be at the same location.
Question
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
It will be mostly outdoors on concrete, with an indoor lounge area that opens up to the outdoors still.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages. We will ask family to hang back for a few moments for photos.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Answer
Please let us know by June 15, 2023. You can respond online at the “RSVP” tab at the top of this website!

Answer
