Yes! Even if you've told us you're excited to celebrate with us, please do so. This helps ensure there will be sufficient provisions! If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Kindly RSVP before Friday, August 4th!
The ceremony information will only be available to close family, due to limited seating within that venue. We cannot wait to celebrate with all of you at the reception though (Axelrad Beer Garden)!
If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as you know by indicating "will not attend" on the RSVP page, so that we can plan accordingly. If you RSVP'd yes but are unable, please let us know as well about the change of plans. Know that you will be dearly missed, but we can hopefully get together to convene at a later date! . 🍻 Thank you!
We get it the Houston traffic got you...if you so happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. The nuptials will be quick, and we don't want disruption during our special moment. You will still be able to attend the reception- so hang tight & we will see you at the beer garden! Thank you for understanding! 🤍
Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken! You are more than welcome to take photos + videos throughout the course of the reception (highly encouraged!)! This is such a special day for us + we have the most amazing photography team documenting our vows exchange, that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate and be in the moment with us!
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your last name) & Family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. Please, do not bring additional guests the day of they will not be accommodated.
We decided to keep our wedding ceremony & reception an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us! *The only exception is the little ones in our bridal party. Note: Due to certain regulations with Axelrad no children will be allowed to stay after 8pm, please plan accordingly.
The ceremony will be held indoors, reception will be outdoors under the shade at Axelrad Beer Garden. We ask that you please read the "Is there a dress code" FAQ.
