You may do either, but it’s easier if you RSVP online! That way we can properly capture your food selection with your name
Please RSVP by April 19th – this will make sure we have adequate time to adjust our plans and seating chart as necessary
The wedding ceremony and reception will both be held at the Kinsey Events Warehouse in Oakdale, PA. It is 11 minutes from the hotels to Kinsey Events Warehouse.
The easiest way to get from the Hotel to the venue is to take I-376 W to exit 60A for US-22/US-30 W toward Weirton. Continue for 1.6 miles before taking the exit for Oakdale. Turn left onto McKee Rd for 2.1 miles, continue onto PA-978 for 1 mile, then turn right onto Noblestown Rd. You will stay on Noblestown Rd for .6 miles until you reach Kinsey Events Warehouse on your Left.
There is quite a bit of parking at the venue – however, as you know, we like to throw a big party. If you have any way to carpool with friends/family – we highly recommend it.
The wedding will be indoors, although there will be accommodations if you want to step outside and enjoy the fresh air. Ceremony and reception will be entirely under shelter indoors.
YES! Please check out our Travel page for links to our two room blocks. We have rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott and Hampton Inn & Suites, both at Settlers Ridge. Hurry! Kenny Chesney and the Zac Brown band will also be in town, so we anticipate hotel rooms to sell out quick.
There will not be a shuttle to or from the hotels.
Cocktail Attire will be the preferred dress code for the wedding.
June in Pittsburgh could be mid 80s, or could be low 70s but wet. Thankfully, it won’t be as humid as Late July, August. Bring short sleeves and a light jacket.
If your invitation includes a plus one, then yes. We will be a packed house for this event, so we have to be very careful about head-count.
Dinner will be a sit-down affair – don’t forget to indicate what you want for dinner!
We will have Remo’s Catering our event – fun fact, Remo’s catered the very first event that Landis and Tyler ever met at. (Shout out to Nick Mazzoleni!) The menu options will include a Parm Encrusted Chicken (this is our favorite – it’s a Remo’s special and it’s incredible), Filet Mignon, Salmon in Dill Sauce, and Roasted Portobello (vegan). There will also be a pickle bar and popcorn bar.
Yes – behave yourselves 😊
Absolutely! We’ve actually set up a direct link in the registry section of our website
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 1124 Voskamp St, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 – so please arrive between 4:00 and 4:20, and seated before the ceremony starts.
Our last dance will be at 10:30, after which we will wrap up the party and be out by 11:00.
Yes! We will be taking some photos with our wedding party – but in the meantime, there will be a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres.
Everywhere! Pittsburgh is known for Sports, Arts, History, and Innovation. We have an incredible Library system, paired with an incredible museum array (thank you Andrew Carnegie). We have an incredible array of parks for hiking and biking (check out Riverview Park). Also, make sure you go to the overlooks up on Mt Washington and get the best views of downtown Pittsburgh. Lastly, you must try Pittsburgh’s food scene. It’s a well-kept secret, but Pittsburgh is brimming with good eats. Pizza, try Iron Born. Thai, try Nikki’s Thai. Mexican, try Edgar’s Best Tacos in the Strip District. Just explore!
Yes – in fact, the Three Rivers Arts Festival will be going on all weekend – we highly recommend checking it out. Also, Kenny Chesney will be in town, so traffic may be a bit heavier than usual. Do check out our Things To Do section though for more inspiration!
