When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Our RSVP portal will close after February 21st. Due to constraints with our venue, we are only able to accommodate those who RSVP by this time.

Can I bring an additional guest?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests to whom the invitation is extended. If you are given a plus one, this will be indicated when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. Guests are encouraged to plan to arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 to sign our guest book and be seated.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests refrain from phone or camera use during the ceremony so as not to obstruct our professional photographer. We absolutely encourage taking photos of the rest of the evening!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The plan is for the ceremony to be held outdoors; however, the weather in Kentucky in March is unpredictable, so this is subject to change. Cocktail hour will be a hybrid indoor/outdoor format, Reception will be indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is "Dressy Casual/Sunday Best." In other words, we invite you to dress up with us but still be comfortable. Dresses of any length are welcome. Slacks, polos, and button-ups (tie optional) are also fine choices. Please be sure to dress appropriately for the weather.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will provide an open bar with beer, wine, and cocktails for the cocktail hour and reception. We encourage everyone to celebrate responsibly and to arrange transportation from the venue if planning to drink.
