We'd like for this event to be special and have selected to have an intimate ceremony. RSVP is now closed. Only reserved guests will be permitted to the event.
We are excited to take lovely pictures with you all! We would like to have a cohesive look in photos, so we are requesting that guests wear colors in the palette of cream, tan, black, or champagne. There is a formal dress code strictly enforced by the Whitney staff; please dress in accordance with appropriate wedding decor.
Entry for the ceremony will begin at 3:45 pm. The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. Our videographer's team will capture the special event. We ask that everyone be present in the moment and refrain from having cellphones out during the ceremony. Guests will be able to share photos and videos from the reception via our personal QR code.
We love your little ones! However, this will be an adult only event. Only children of the wedding party will be permitted.
Yes. With appropriate weather conditions this will be a garden hosted ceremony. Indoor accommodations will be made if necessary.
No. The reception will be hosted at Morenas Detroit, 23632 Plymouth Rd, Redford MI. The venue is about 15 minutes from The Whitney with direct access from 96W.
Yes! We are pleased to host an open alcohol bar for our guest for 4 hours of the reception. An open wine bar will be provided throughout the night that also features non alcoholic refreshments.
The Whitney offers valet services for $10 per vehicle. Additional paid gated parking is available across the street, credit card is accepted. Morenas Detroit has complimentary parking.
