Day of details - Where do I go?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at the Esparza Lawn through the main lobby of the La Cantera hotel property (16641 La Cantera Pkwy). The reception will follow at The Calera (16401 La Cantera Pkwy). Shuttles take guests from the ceremony to the reception and will run upon request from The Calera to the Hotel throughout the event and after the reception. Ubers are able to drop off and pick up at both locations.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Encouraged. Tuxes, dark suits, floor length gowns are welcome and encouraged, Please no jeans, khakis, or sundresses.

We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation/RSVP.

While we adore your little ones, we have decided to make our special day an adult-only occasion.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. Please note it is likely there will be significant traffic due to construction in the area.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

The Ceremony will be outdoors and the Reception will be indoors.
