FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we’ve listed here, please don't hesitate to reach out to one of us!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would appreciate if you could let us know your plans by October 1, 2018.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire, please. But do keep in mind we'll be outdoors during the ceremony, and the Costa Rican Pacific can get a little hot, so we recommend that you wear breathable fabrics and a shawl (ladies) in case the reception gets chilly. Above all we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Is San José safe?

Answer

As with any city, you will need to be cautious and use your common sense when visiting San José, mainly the Downtown area. If you decide to spend a night in Escazú, you have nothing to worry about as it is a very safe and nice suburb. In general just be street smart and enjoy the country!
