Located near the hotel, the Nashville Zoo is where Lance and Melissa had their third date. It's a fantastic zoo with an incredible tropical plant room (Lance's favorite) and plenty of giraffes (Melissa's favorite).

A renovated Kroger, Plaza Mariachi is a conglomerate of many Latin American restaurants, shops, and live music venues. Come here in the evening for free salsa / bachata lessons, live music, great margaritas, and the best $15 steak you'll find in Nashville.

Cook Day Use Area is the best place to have a lake day without renting a boat. Melissa often comes here with her paddleboard to enjoy the sunshine and water.
