Lance and Jada met at a birthday party. They locked eyes and were instantly intrigued. They talked and talked all night long, it was as if they had known each other for years. They began to form a friendship that soon turned into a romantic relationship. They were inseperable and as time continued it was no question that they were made for one another. However Lance and Jada’s relationship and marriage journey didn’t come easy. They strayed from God’s will they struggled with fornication, which led to a unplanned pregnancy that then ended in stillbirth (Baby Londyn). The relationship took a turn, It was a mess. Lance and Jada still doing it their way, Jada moved to Carbondale with Lance and they started shacking up and they became pregnant with their son Lj. There was a lot of arguing and fighting. They ended up breaking up and Jada moved out. After premarital counseling and much prayer. Jada and Lance came back together and decided to put God first and surrender to his perfect will, he can take what is messy and transform it. June 25, 2017 Lance proposed to Jada and July 2, 2017 they got married. They’ve faced many trials and circumstances that have tried to tear them apart. Things that do tear many couples apart, but with keeping God the center of their marriage, continously building up their marriage on biblical principles, and choosing one another. They have been able to thrive and have celebrated 3 years of marriage and God willing many more. This is what makes their story so special and unique. The hand and grace of God has been over their union. Love has covered a multitude of faults. When the enemy was antagonizing and intent on ripping them apart. Love overcame. This wedding for them is not about being the center of attention or what they can get, but rather a testimony of God’s faithfulness, its to minister to others what marriage with God is, its celebrating with close friends and family, what God has done and is doing right now in their marriage.
