Cara & Jenna met at their first day of Chiropractic school in 2010. After finishing the grueling program together they graduated in 2013. They have been like family for the last decade and since Cara moved back to Canada they Facetime almost every single day!

Lance and Kevin met at the tender young age of 9. They grew up together, played hockey together, went to high school together and still to this day travel together. If Lance wasn't dragging Kevin to a club back in the day you could always find them gettin' juicy in the gym or playing puck at the ODR!

Cara sat beside Chantel in the dressing room of her first fitness competition. Chantel had competed before and made Cara feel at ease. They became fast friends with their love for fitness, food and fun. If they miss a weekly workout they make sure to catch up with a phone call, never going too long without filling each other in!

Lance and Brad met while dating sisters (Pre-Cara! LOL) and while their respective relationships ended their friendship did not. They share a love of Earl's on 130th and hitting the links.

Alex and Cara met through their men, and although that doesn't always mean BFF's, in this case it did! They hit it off as Cara was Alex's "Victoria Secret Model" and Alex was just the coolest, baddest, most fun chick to be around! They love to "act normal", dance, and make each other laugh til it hurts!

Lance & Potter met on the ice but their friendship goes beyond the rink. Although Potter moved to Airdrie and barely enters Calgary City limits the two remain best buds and know they will always have each others backs.

Brittany is practically family as the long-time girlfriend of the best man. Cara & Britt can be found hitting the slopes in winter and hitting the links in summer. They share a love of wine, pedicures, country music, and of course going on double dates with the boys!

Connor is like family, Lance's "other" little brother. Lance took him under his wing at a young age and groomed him into the young man he is today. They are both good with wood and ladies love em'!

Another fateful and successful pairing from the boys. Amanda's husband Brian (yes the Officiant) worked with the Groom many moons ago. Cara entered the picture right before their 2016 nuptials and was so happy to be included in all of Amanda's wedding events. The Bachelorette party was one to go down in the history books of most fun nights ever and the girls have been great friends ever since!

Keepin' it all in the family, Brian is Connor's cousin. Lance & Brian go way back having crossed paths many times. Brian is by far the kindest, most generous, and thoughtful friend with the biggest heart. We couldn't think of anyone more suitable to marry us and carry us through our wedding day!
