It was the summer of 2020 when our love story began... At the time, Lance was living in Las Vegas working at PharMerica Pharmacy, while Azzedine was living in California working at Kaiser Permanente. We first met through Azzedine's sister, Naomi, who had been working with Lance for a few years at this point! It all started with a simple "Hey Naomi, does your sister want to go to the gym when she visits? I can bring in one person for free..."—a moment that would spark something neither of us could have predicted. We met and instantly clicked, despite the miles that separated us. Shared interests in music, food, and the gym, kept things exciting from the very start. We navigated opposite work schedules, late-night phone calls, and travel adventures, all while building a bond that only grew stronger with time. After over a year of being long distance, Azzedine made the big decision to pursue a career in Nursing and move to Las Vegas. She was accepted into Roseman University in the fall of 2021, which was conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from the house Lance just bought! Fast forward to 2023, and we found ourselves at one of the biggest events in town each year - EDC Las Vegas. The energy, the lights, the music, and most importantly, the company of sooo many of our closest friends, made it the perfect place for a life-changing question. Waiting for the perfect moment, one of the first songs that Lance shared with Azzedine - First Time by DJ Slander, he finally got down on one knee, and asked..."Will you marry me?" Now, here we are, embarking on this next chapter together, ready to build a life full of adventure, laughter, and love. Our story is one of patience, of believing in each other even when we were apart, and of knowing that when it’s right, it’s always worth the wait.
