What about COVID19?

Answer

Snowbasin will be following all appropriate safety precautions this fall. We will be requesting that guests attending the wedding are either vaccinated or have a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the weddings. As much of the wedding as possible will be outside, but the dinner will be served inside. We will have complimentary masks available for those that would like to wear a mask. Please feel free to reach out to Lance and I if you have any questions or concerns regarding COVID.

Will there be discounts on hotels?

Answer

There is a link we have for a small hotel discount. Otherwise, there wasn't as much available this year. Lance is trying to get a few air bnbs and if you are concerned about cost, let us know and we can help you find something!

Can I bring any alcohol to the venue?

Answer

No. I am posting this because our venue has a very strict policy against outside alcohol. Even if they find someone with a small pocket flask our entire wedding will be cancelled and everyone will be asked to leave. Kindly leave any alcohol at home or your hotel.

Should I say in Salt Lake or Ogden?

Answer

Our rehearsal dinner and welcome event will be in SLC, but the wedding is much closer to Ogden. The drive to SLC is about 35/40 min and the trax and frontrunner are a good option as well. I would recommend Ogden (or nearby) for the shorter drive to Snowbasin.
