2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Recommended dress is semi-formal/dressy casual. Wear what makes you feel great! But avoid jeans and t-shirts. The ceremony will be outside in the foothills of the Sandias. Expect uneven ground.
We recommend carpooling! We will ask guests to park at the Elena Gallegos Kiwanis location (see Cocktail Hour), unless you have mobility needs or are part of the wedding, and will arrange rides to the Double Shelter. The ceremony will be outside in a picnic-style area. We don't anticipate it taking the full hour, but we want to leave some wiggle room for transitions and getting things together!
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
We will have some light bites and drinks. This will be in the picnic shelter at the other EG open space pavilion (Kiwanis), where most people will park. This time will let us get photos with our guests and clean up the space before heading to the reception.
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Once again, this is outside, so dress wisely. Temperatures drop in the high desert--bring a sweater or light jacket, depending on the weather!
This will be a relaxed and fun reception! Please respect the rules of Ex Novo, including keeping children within supervisory distance and ensuring any alcoholic drinks stay within the venue. For out of town guests, please remember that you're likely at a higher elevation than normal and consume drinks wisely and with lots of water! We will serve food from Coda Bakery, an amazing Vietnamese restaurant in Albuquerque. Food will include banh mi, noodle bowls, and salads. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions so we can ensure everything is squared away. The town of Corrales does not permit live and loud music. We will be able to play a playlist over the venue's speaker. Please provide song requests to play during the reception! There will not be a "formal" dance floor but space for dancing as desired.
