Lana and Timur met the old fashioned way, in person. When their plans fell through, they each stopped at their local pub in Los Angeles on their way back home. Timur decided to strike up a conversation with the cute girl at the end of the bar. That conversation led the pair to explore a mutual love of dancing, food, and re-runs of classic television and films. Through graduate school, work, and learning to bake, Lana and Timur have encouraged each other to grow, even when a global pandemic forced everyone inside. Over two years of pandemic, Lana soon surpassed Timur at both Scrabble and Mario Kart. Lana and Timur's love grew through their years together, traveling over four continents and twelve states. Their move back East during COVID brings us all here now to celebrate the couple on this momentous occasion.
