When should I RSVP by?

We ask everyone RSVP no later than January 1st, 2026.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

YES!!! We would love to have everyones kids be apart of our special day, but also realize you may want a kid free weekend to enjoy yourself. We are leaving the decision up to the parents.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our guests dressed up for our special day. The dress code is Black Tie Optional or Formal attire. Women should wear long or midi length dresses, and if men choose not to wear a suit, please wear sports coat and dress pants.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The Ceremony will start at 5 o'clock promptly, we encourage everyone to be there at least 20 minutes before, because once the ceremony starts you will not be allowed in until ceremony is over.

Do you have a room block?

Answer

Due to a contract with Plant Hatch in February the Hotel is unable to book room blocks because of corporate events. We recommend booking as soon as you can to guarantee you get a room. We are so sorry and when we booked the wedding, we were not aware of the contract in place for hotels in Vidalia and near Soperton. Under the Travel page we have recommended two hotels close to the venue.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer
