Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Of course! Please include their age(s) with your RSVP so that we can follow up with you regarding their menu choices. Please be mindful of the following Mount Palomar Winery child policies: “Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and are to remain within the event area. For their safety, children are not allowed to run, climb or play around the grounds, stairs or parking area. Patron will be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused by or to children to property or person.”

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you would like to bring a plus one not addressed on your invitation, please verify with us prior to March 31, 2022.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear winery wedding attire. Google has some great examples. This could mean anywhere from sundresses to semi formal or from nice slacks and a button down to a suit. Please note the wedding is outside, weather permitting, and the likely temperatures for the event will be between 60-80° F, or 15-27° C.

Question

What time does the event start?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5 PM. The venue has a strict policy that guests will not be admitted during the ceremony so please make sure you are inside the gates and seated prior to this time. We encourage guests to arrive prior to 4:45 PM.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Assigned complimentary parking is conveniently located in the front of the property. This is next to the event at the top and middle sections of the lot. Please note, the winery is not responsible for theft, damage or loss to vehicles or contents therein. Vehicles are not to be left in the parking lot after the scheduled event. Winery closes its gates each night and they do not re-open until the following morning at 10:00 AM.

Question

Is the ceremony at the same location as the reception?

Answer

Yes. There is a separate space for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes; we are having a dinner the evening before and a brunch the morning after. Please view the details in the events section.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes; there is an open soft bar (beer and wine) and non alcoholic beverages. Hard alcohol is available for purchase.

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No. Unfortunately, outside alcohol is not allowed, per venue policy. If anyone is caught drinking underage or bringing in outside alcohol, the event will be shut down.

Question

What are the food options?

Answer
