Lake Tahoe

Beautiful lake in the forest. About 1 hour drive from the venue. If you want to go, we recommend staying for a night or two to really soak it in. Walk around Tahoe City, rent a kayak or paddle board at King's Beach, hang on the beach, hike, rent a bike, star gaze (seriously the stars at night are amazing). If you have a decent crowd, rent a raft and float down the Truckee river. It's a nature lover's paradise. On the way out/or in stop at Truckee city and walk around the shops.
