We're getting married!

Nathan and Lamorie’s story began in the summer of 2017, back in high school—when Nathan was busy at marching band practice and Lamorie just happened to be tagging along with a friend after field hockey. Between visits to the band room and run-ins at mutual hangouts, the two slowly found their way into each other’s orbit. Nathan made the first move right before Lamorie graduated, bravely confessing his crush. As Lamorie became more involved in band and the same group of friends, their connection grew stronger. After a while (and maybe a few not-so-subtle hints), Lamorie realized she felt the same—and in October of 2019, their love story officially began. Six years later, their relationship has been filled with late-night Applebee’s appetizers, rookie tennis matches, movie nights, and countless memories in between. Lamorie knew Nathan was “the one” when he drove two hours just to spend one day with her at Messiah University—no hesitation, no complaints, just love. Nathan, on the other hand, knew a little earlier… sometime after watching Lamorie play the flute (not perfectly, but perfectly enough for him). On December 5, 2025, surrounded by Christmas cheer at a holiday party at Adelphia’s in Deptford, New Jersey, Nathan asked Lamorie to be his forever—and she said yes. Now, they’re ready to start their greatest adventure yet, hand in hand, hearts full, and excited for the forever they’ve been building since day one. ✨💍
