Our celebration will be primarily adults-only. A small number of teenagers have been specifically invited, and their names will appear on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding as we plan our day.
We ask that all phones and recording devices be tucked away during the ceremony so our professional photographer and videographer can capture every special moment. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of time to snap photos later! We invite you to take as many pictures you wish during the cocktail hour and reception. There will even be a photo booth! So grab your favorite people, strike a pose, and help us create memories we’ll cherish forever.
We recommend semi-formal/cocktail attire for our celebration. Ladies may choose cocktail dresses or dressy separates, and gentlemen may wear suits or dress slacks with a jacket. Please avoid casual items such as shorts, jeans, or sneakers as this will be one of the most unforgettable moments of our lives so we want everyone to dress for the occasion & look their best! **We respectfully ask (demand 🙃) that guests refrain from wearing white, ivory, cream, or champagne, as these colors are reserved for the bride.**
The ceremony will be held indoors, followed by a cocktail hour enjoyed in both indoor and outdoor spaces. The reception will take place indoors.
Guests are highly advised to arrive around 5:30pm and no later than 5:45pm. The ceremony will PROMPTLY start at 6pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive 15–30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow for seating.
Please see the lodge options listed under the "Travel" tab. Stays at the listed hotels are not required but recommended due to the proximity of the wedding venue. Whether in Jacksonville or St. Augustine, you are welcome to stay at any hotel of your choosing for the duration of your visit .
Transportation will not be provided, but we’re happy to share that our 1st hotel listed under the 'Travel' tab is only a short walk from the venue, making it easy to get to and from the celebration. Should you choose to stay elsewhere, you will be responsible for transit to/from the event.

Our caterer has created a thoughtfully prepared menu to celebrate our big day, including a vegetarian option. When you RSVP using your formal invitation, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know about any dietary restrictions or food allergies so we can do our best to accommodate you.
There is plenty of free parking at the venue space so there is no concern for lack of parking for our guests!
Absolutely! We will host an open bar. So cheers to a joyful evening 🍾. Please enjoy responsibly and remember to tip our amazing bartender.
