When can I book my hotel room?

Answer

Due to the location change we will not have a room block for the event, but there are some recommendations on the site for hotels near the reception venue if you need a room for the night.

When should we be at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive to The Garden Alexandria at 6pm and be seated for dinner by 6:30pm due to COVID-19 we want to condense time and keep everything as safe as possible.

What are you doing to include safety during COVID-19

Answer

We will have masks for guests to wear upon arrival. The event asks people wear the mask unless eating or drinking. Tables will be set safely 6ft apart and we will have windows and doors open to help with air circulation.
