Beach Day

Come enjoy a beach day with us at South Ponto State Beach! There is a parking lot at the beach entrance at 2100 Carlsbad Blvd, which is $15. (Note: the lot may be closed due to COVID). There is also parking along the beach on the west side of Carlsbad Blvd. Ponto is 1 mile south of Cape Rey and a free shuttle is available to hotel guests. You can make a shuttle reservation by calling the front desk the day before and requesting a pickup time. Cape Rey also provides guests with complimentary beach chairs, towels and umbrellas upon request. Just ask the bell team for the "beach pack"!
