Hotel & Lodging

With Santorini being such a small island with boutique hotels they do not offer hotel blocks. Should you prefer to stay closer to the venue we recommend Serenita Suites (https://serenita-suites.com/). If you book here please use our planner's code for a discount: Gigi&Roses. Otherwise, we recommend staying somewhere in Akrotiri (close to the venue, preference for the day leading up to the wedding) or Fira, as it’s super walkable to shopping, restaurants, etc. There are a lot of cute boutique hotel options as well as Airbnbs should you want to split a place! Flight

Flying to Santorini

When booking plane tickets you’ll most likely fly to Athens then take a connecting flight to Santorini. There are also ferry options, should you prefer that! I would recommend purchasing ferry tickets in advance. If you take the ferry and arrive to the port in Santorini, I would recommend either scheduling a car or taxi with your hotel or airbnb host or pre-purchasing lift tickets up to Fira. Otherwise, there will be a wait for a taxi to the top and trust me you do not want to walk the slope up to the city!
