What's The Dress Code?

Answer

This is by far the most frequently asked question! We want you to be comfortable! Ladies, dresses are not necessary but wear what you feel good in! For shoes, think flats or sneakers. If this is an excuse to dust off your heels.. we suggest block heels or wedges! Guys, suits are not necessary! Jeans and sneakers are perfect.

Is This Just An After-Party?

Answer

No! We chose to have an intimate ceremony/reception earlier in the day so that we could have a laid-back party to celebrate with all of our favorite people. This event is somewhere between a wedding and a party. We have chosen to skip the traditional wedding-y parts (formal dances, sit down meal, speeches, etc.) and focus on partying with our people!

Will There Be Food & Drinks?

Answer

Yes, there will be food and it will be provided throughout the evening. There will also be an open bar so come thirsty!

Can I Bring Someone? And What About My Kids?

Answer

We want you to have the best time so if you feel most comfortable bringing a date, please just give us the heads up! (Please note this is limited to one "plus one" per person). With regards to children, this will primarily be an adult-only party. That being said, we totally understand securing a sitter might not be an option. Please feel free to bring your child(ren) but we suggest bringing something to entertain them, too! (We will not be providing child care at the event.)

Do I Bring A Gift?

Answer

This is totally up to you! There will be a box for cards if you feel inclined to bring a gift but we truly feel that your presence is a present!
