Must I receive a formal invitation to attend the wedding ceremony and reception?

Yes, unfortunately! Though we wish to accommodate everyone to witness our union, due to capacity we are unable to.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All wedding guests plus ones have been predetermined and sent wedding invitations. See examples, Susie and Tom are married and they both have been sent individual digital wedding invitations via text message or email. To attend the wedding Susie and Tom must RSVP individually. Jessica was sent a wedding invitation and wants to bring a friend. In this case, Jessica will not be able to bring a friend as a plus one.

Is there a dress code for the wedding? Are there colors we should avoid?

The dress code for our wedding is formal or semi-formal. We want everyone to feel elegant and comfortable, so please choose attire that fits within these guidelines. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing white, as this is traditionally reserved for the bride.

Can guest bring gifts to the wedding?

The bride and groom have requested that wedding guest visit the wedding registry located on the wedding website to purchase handpicked gifts by the couple to meet their needs as they start their new lives together, but in person gifts such as cards are accepted. Can we take pictures and post on social media?

Answer

We have hired professional photographers and videographers that are equipped to take beautiful images and create wonderful memories of our special day. So, we ask that guests do not take pictures during the ceremony. Pictures after the ceremony are allowed, but please refrain from posting on social media until the bride and groom have posted first.
