Transportation from airport
To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we recommend booking your airport transfer in advance. While Ubers and taxis are available in Cabo, arranging your ride ahead of time is the best way to ensure a stress-free start to your trip. We suggest using TransCabo or All Ways Cabo Transportation.

WELCOME DINNER 🍽️ - Guests staying at The Cape: Transportation will pick you up at 5:30 PM and bring you back at 9:00 PM. - Guests staying at Bahia: The Welcome Party is just a 10-minute walk from your hotel—no transportation needed! WEDDING DAY 💍 Transportation Pickup: - Guests staying at Bahia and the Cabo San Lucas area will have transportation provided. - If you’re staying at an Airbnb nearby and need a ride, please meet at the Bahia, which will serve as the pickup location. - Pickup time from Bahia: 4:30 PM Return Transportation: - Shuttles will depart The Cape at 10:30 PM, returning guests to the Bahia.

Passport
Reminder that all guests will need a valid passport to travel into Mexico. If you have an existing passport, please take the time to review it to make sure it will be active and not expired surrounding our wedding date. If you do not have a passport, please plan accordingly. Note: You are not permitted to travel internationally 6 months prior to your passports expiration date!! For new passports: It takes 11+ weeks to renew or receive a new passport.
