Since many of our guests will be traveling from out of town, we’ve arranged everything in one convenient location! The ceremony, reception, and all weekend events—including a beach day—will take place at this hotel. It’s located right on the beach with direct boardwalk access, an on-site restaurant, and plenty of activities to enjoy. ************** We have reserved a room block for our event for the nights of Sept 4 and Sept 5, with a room rate of $229 per night. The cutoff date for this is Tuesday, August 4, 2026. These are first come first served. If you would like to celebrate with us for a little longer and would like to book for Sept 3 and/or Sept 6, you should be able to adjust the dates. For guests flying into Norfolk International Airport (ORF), getting to the hotel is simple and flexible. Uber and Lyft are readily available, with typical fares ranging from $30 to $60 depending on the time and demand. There’s also a convenient airport shuttle service available for around $39 (James River Transportation). We’ve done our best to make everything as easy and accessible as possible once you arrive at the hotel. However, we kindly ask that guests plan and budget for their own transportation to and from the airport. We recommend arranging your ride ahead of time, especially during the busy holiday weekend.
