RSVPs are due by May 1st, 2026. Please be sure to respond by this date, as we'll consider any unreturned invitations as a decline to attend.
We recommend arriving at the ceremony location around 4:00 PM to ensure you catch the provided transportation and are comfortably seated before our 4:30 PM start time. Wagon rides up to the ceremony location will begin precisely at 4:00 PM, so please be ready to board on time. For those of you who are not able to grab a spot on the wagon, please make your way up the hill for the ceremony!
Yes! Our venue offers ample on-site parking, with clear signage to guide you. If you prefer, rideshare services like Uber are also available. Please note that overnight vehicle parking is not permitted on the property.
If you have a food allergy, please notify the bride or groom as soon as possible. We'll ensure your dietary needs are carefully accommodated, so you can enjoy the celebration safely and comfortably.
For the hilltop ceremony, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes like flats or wedges for the 300-yard walk. The terrain is somewhat rocky, so practical footwear is key. Feel free to bring heels to change into after reaching the ceremony site—you'll have the flexibility to look stunning and stay comfortable throughout the day.
Our wedding calls for cocktail attire. Ladies, we recommend cocktail dresses in cheerful, floral prints. Gentlemen can opt for suits with the flexibility of wearing a tie or going without. The goal is to look polished yet comfortable and celebrate in style!
We're delighted to offer a cash bar where you can purchase your favorite beverages throughout the evening. Please note that the venue does not serve hard liquor, so selections will be limited to beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
