Question
What is the name and address of the venue? Is it wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors at The Refinery at the Johnstone-Sare Building in Bartlesville, OK, about an hour north of Tulsa on highway 75. The address is 100 SW Frank Phillips Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74003. The building is fully ADA compliant with an accessible elevator, restrooms, and doors.

What time is the ceremony? When do I need to arrive?
Answer
We will be starting our ceremony promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 4:45 PM in order to mingle and find a seat before we start. If you arrive after the ceremony start time, you will be asked to wait in the lobby until the processional is finished, then you will be let in to see the ceremony.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We are opting for a formal/black tie optional dress code. Please come dressed in your best! For men we suggest either a tuxedo or dark colored suit with tie, and for the ladies we suggest floor length gowns, below the knee to midi length dresses, or dressy separates (including slacks and blouse)

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
We are planning an intimate ceremony and reception with our closest friends and family, therefore we have reserved plus one invitations for those in committed, long term relationships. Are my children included in my invitation?
Answer
We love your kiddos! However, we have chosen to include only the children of immediate family members and those participating in the ceremony in our day. Can I use my phone to take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you please do not have your cell phone out during the ceremony, as we would like our wedding photos to be clean and timeless, without phones dotted throughout. However, we will have a brief pause once the bridal processional is complete for guests to take out their phones and snap a few photos, as we know this day is exciting for everyone, not just us. Once cocktail hour starts, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like, just please don't block our photographer!

Is there parking available?
Answer
At this time, parking is available either on the street or in a lot behind the building. Parking is limited and we suggest you carpool if possible. The hotel we are blocking rooms with is also within easy walking distance (less than 2 blocks) from the venue.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Answer
We have reserved a block of 40 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn at 205 S. W. Frank Phillips Ave., Bartlesville, OK 74003 The block will be removed on 06/26/2025, so to guarantee you will be able to get a room, please book by that date. What type of food will be served?
Answer
After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres and drinks while the wedding party and family take formal photos. Once the reception starts we will be serving dinner with a pasta bar and a taco bar.

We have opted to serve wine and beer during cocktail hour and our reception, please drink responsibly!
