What is Derby Wear?
Answer
The Kentucky Derby is tradition here in Kentucky. Derby Wear is big fancy hats or fascinators for women, nice bright suits, (or even suits you wear at church) and hats for men, sundresses, even church outfits would work! I can send examples if you need them. PLEASE NO JEANS, T-SHIRTS OR SNEAKERS!! this is a classy event!

What to do while in Kentucky?

So glad you asked! There is much to do! Louisville has so many attractions such as Kentucky Kingdom Amusement Park, Bourbon Trail to visit all the places that make Bourbon! There are plenty of other attractions to suit your needs! Look in the Things to Do tab.🙂

I am flying in, which airport should I choose?
Answer
The Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF). Look in the travel section of this website and use the special discount for renting a vehicle. 😀

Will the ceremony take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors. If it rains, it will be moved indoors on the same property.
