Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will both be indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30 PM to be seated for the ceremony. Any late comers will not be able to attend the ceremony.

What are the parking accommodations?

Answer

IPEC will have garage space for all guests available on site.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list. Plus ones will be limited to individuals that are agreed upon by the bride and groom. Any unauthorized plus ones will be asked to leave.

What should I do if I cannot make the event?

What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

You will be missed. The RSVP deadline will be available until Friday, August 15th. Please respond with an "Accept" or "Decline". No response will be assumed as declined and you will be removed from the final headcount.

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is a semi- formal attire event. We ask that all guests attending will wear ALL BLACK. If you have questions about what is defined as formal attire, please let us know and we will be happy to provide visual examples.

I have a dietary/ food restriction. What is the best way to let you know?

Answer

Any guests who have any dietary restrictions can indicate that when you RSVP through our website. We will notify the caterers of food restrictions.
