Family and Friends, We are so excited to see you and celebrate our union with you. Since we are having our wedding on a military installation, you will need to gain base access. The attached form will need to be printed, completed, signed, and returned no later than March 14, 2025 in order for processing to happen in a timely manner. You can email your completed form to lakeisha.d.williams3.civ@us.navy.mil. All highlighted areas need to be completed. For everyone’s safety there will be a background check to make sure anyone entering the base is approved and authorized to gain access for our special day. Please complete #1-23 on page 1 of the form. Ensure you complete both the Social Security Number and the State ID/Driver’s License on #13 as well as the subsequent accompanying blocks #14-18. #24 will be completed once I receive the completed form back. On page 2, #28 is required and must also contain your initials. PLEASE BE HONEST. Also, initial #29 stating that you will return any visitor card that you may receive. Finally, sign #30. You do not need to complete #25-27. Your personal information will be protected. If you already have base access you will not need to complete the form. What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

You should dress for a semi-formal event. Men should plan to wear slacks and a button-up shirt; tie and jacket is optional but preferred. Women should wear nice dresses or elegant pant suits. No jeans or sneakers please.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive by 4:30pm and be seated no later than 4:45pm. The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 5pm.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Norfolk International Airport (ORF).

Am I permitted to bring a plus 1?

Answer

If your invite does not state the name of a plus one or the words "and guest" then you are not permitted to bring another individual. As much as we love you and your family or friends, we have only planned for a certain number of family and friends to attend our event.
