How do I reserve a room?
Answer
The venue does not have direct booking, so you'll reserve and pay for your room directly with us! Please Venmo Stacey (@Stacey-Frederick-1) for your accommodations ($400 total per room). Zelle, PayPal and CashApp are also options - contact us for our info!

No. This will be an adults only weekend. We can't wait to let loose with you!

What should I wear?

☼ Thrifted Funky Party Attire ☼ Wear the most outlandish, fun party clothes you can find - preferably thrifted, reworn, or borrowed! Check out your local thrift stores or online resellers like Thredup. Even the bride and groom will be doing it! Friday ~ Come as you are Sat (day) ~ Lakeside party attire (it's hot and on the water - swimwear recommended) Sat (night) ~ Bring the party with your funkiest thrift shop swagger! Sun (morning) ~ Hangover attire (whatever's comfiest) Remember: It's a party and it's vacation -- dress accordingly!

What's up with the venue?
Answer
The venue, Camp Dogwood / Dogwood on Lake Norman (same place) is a summer camp and event venue on the water at Lake Norman. They are a charitable non-profit that primarily supports the visually impaired. Housing is on-site. Each room has two double beds and a private bathroom (bed linens and towels are provided). All buildings have air conditioning and Wifi. There is a dock, a small beach, and kayaks. Be sure to bring a bathing suit! We'll provide your keys and rooming assignment upon arrival. It is a non-smoking facility. There is one designated smoking area near the basketball hoop. When to RSVP? ☼ Right now! ☼ The festivities span all weekend with limited space. Please RSVP as soon as possible! ☻ Lakefest isn't your vibe or already have plans? ☺ We get it and love you anyway. Just please let us know! ☻ Unsure if you'll come solo or with your significant other? Need to work out the kid situation? ☺ Totally reasonable! Tell us that. ☻ Absolutely no idea and can't think about your life beyond next week? ☺ That's cool too (and we probably already knew that about you).
