Please join us for dinner and drinks if you're in town! Stoneacre is within a 15 minute walk of most Newport hotels but a bus will be provided for those staying in Middletown (6:40 prompt departure from Wave Ave serving Atlantic Beach Hotel and Newport Beach Hotel). If you'd prefer a ride to the event from downtown Newport (serving Hammetts Hotel, Newport Bay Club, and Bouchard Inn), a bus will depart from Red Parrot at 6:15 pm.

We HIGHLY recommend using the shuttle to get to and from Castle Hill. The Newport Folk Festival is ongoing, ubers are extremely limited, and heavy traffic is expected. The pick up schedule is below. Bus # 1 Departure Time 3:30 PM – Residence Inn (pick up at hotel entrance) 4:00 PM – Newport Marriott (pick up is at side of the visitor’s center at Newport Marriott, also serving Brenton Hotel and Jailhouse Inn) 4:15 PM – Hotel Viking (pick up at hotel entrance) Bus #2 Departure Time 3:30 PM – Perrotti Park (serving The Outlook Inn, Newport Harbor Hotel) 3:45 PM – Red Parrot Roundabout (serving Admiral Fitzroy Inn, Newport Bay Club, Bouchard Inn, and Hammetts Hotel) 4:10 PM – Wave Ave (serving Atlantic Beach Hotel, Newport Beach Hotel) Note that the times listed are the DEPARTURE TIMES. So, the buses will be pulling away then.

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred if you own them, but not required. Block heels/flats recommended because cocktail hour will be on the lawn, weather permitting.
