2:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Ceremony will be held in the chapel which is nearest the East entrance. For Parking, either East or West parking lot is available. Please be seated in the Chapel by 1:50 PM, the grand march will begin at the top of the hour. There is no smoking, pets or alcohol permitted on the campus. 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM Family pictures to be taken after ceremony in the Chapel 3:15 PM - 3:45 PM Wedding party pictures to be taken at Pamperin Park (weather depending)

Reception held in the "Small Grand Ballroom South" 3:30PM - 4:30PM: Complimentary Hors d'oeuvres Fountain Champagne, Miller Lite and soda served. Fully stocked cash bar until midnight. 5:00 PM: Dinner will start, Please be seated by 4:45PM for the grand entrance. Family style Chicken and Beef Tips with all the fixings. Sugar fix after dinner and into the night. 6:00 PM: Dancing, games and family style DJ from here on out! Complimentary Miller Lite and soda will end at 10:30 PM.
