Matron of Honor
Lainey and I go way back.. Literally, Y’all. To DAY ONE (well, hers at least). Having Lainey as a little sister has been years of laughter and fun, with a sprinkle of “omg she has to be kidding me right now.” From dance performances in the dining room in tutus and high heels to ‘Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy’, to morning concerts live from our jack and jill bathroom listening to B96, I have never ending stories and memories to last a lifetime. I know I love to tease Lainey about a lot of things (Hawaii being a floating island you can swim under, you can’t fly a dragon along the Great Wall of China, to name a few), but I am so proud of her and who she is today. I cannot wait to be apart of her and Kyle’s special day, and for her to shortly after be a part of mine and Wyatt’s.

I met Lainey through our sorority at uw-Milwaukee in 2014! She was the bubbly girl we all know and love and I knew I wanted to be friends with her! It didn't take long until we became best friends and were going on froyo dates every night. I'm so happy we stayed close after Lainey transferred to KState- just shows how strong and real our friendship is!

Lainey has known Laura since birth; Laura’s not quite sure how she got through those first few years of life pre-Lainey. These two have been through it all: countless family road trips, amateur music videos, and an embarrassing number of matching outfits. She still wishes Lainey & Kyle would move downtown and be her neighbors, but she loves that Lainey stayed in Chicagoland (unlike their sisters). You can also basically thank Laura for getting these lovebirds to the altar: Lainey caught the bouquet at Laura’s wedding!

Ever since the “no rules” vacation with Lainey, I’ve been changed for the better. She showed me the best oreo cookie dough creation (which I still enjoy to this day). She was with me when I said my first cuss word. And, she attempted to teach me how to tan like a pro. *fingers crossed I’ll have the whole tanning thing down by the wedding*. Lainey’s smile always brightens my day, and I especially can’t wait to see it on her wedding day! :)

Lainey is one of my dearest cousins who has always been there for me! I have always looked up to her as a role model. The memories with Lainey are so special from when we were little to now. I am so excited to be a part of her wedding day. She and Kyle deserve the world!

Yay! Hi everyone, I’m Megan Clapp and I met Lainey when she came to K-State and moved into Gamma Phi Beta! Living in the g phi penthouse allowed us to get even closer, making college more fun and being far away from home much more bearable. We have had so many hilarious times that I crack up anytime I think about it. I can’t wait to partake in her wedding and see her marry the love of her life.

Lainey and I met through Kyle when they first started dating. Initially I was just so excited to have another girl join our overly male friend group. It didn’t take me too long to figure out that Lainey brought so much more value to the group. Within the first time of hanging out I got to see how fun, open, and outgoing she is. Over time I found out how genuinely kind she was too, Lainey is not just a good time, she makes sure everyone is having a good time. I’m so lucky to have such a sweet person in my life and honored to be part of their big day!
