If you know you cannot attend already, please let us know prior to the RSVP due date (June 1st), so we can get a proper headcount. Text Megan at (785) 250-0946 if you know you cannot attend.
We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us for the occasion! However, there is no formal dress code. So, wear whatever you feel best in, and that keeps you cool in the August weather. The ceremony will hopefully be outside, but if the weather does not allow, it will be inside, where the reception will be held, so dress accordingly.
We will have snacks, and the bar will be open right after the ceremony while we take a few pictures. Dinner will follow shortly after the ceremony and entrances.
If we have reserved a plus-one for you, it will be noted when you RSVP through the website. Although we would love to offer a plus-one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to meet our venue's capacity restrictions.
We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture every detail of the wedding, and we will share those afterwards. We want to ensure our photographer can capture every moment without others interfering. After the ceremony, you can take as many pictures as you want, and we would love to see them as well!
Yes! The road leading to the venue is gravel, and it will lead you directly to the parking lot. You can leave your vehicle in the parking lot after the wedding if you have someone else drive you to your hotel, but please be back to pick it up by 12 pm the Sunday after.
You are not allowed to bring your own beverages into the venue due to the venue's restrictions. We will have an open bar with many options for you and the kids to enjoy!
Yes, there will be an open bar from 5:30-10:30pm following the ceremony. We will have a variety of beverage options for adults and children. For those staying at the SpringHill Suites, a shuttle will be available if needed. We want to make sure all of our friends and family arrive home safely.
