What date should I rsvp by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible! We ask that all RSVPs are in by September 11, 2025.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We're asking guests to dress in cocktail attire—elevated and semi-formal, perfect for a festive outdoor celebration! Here are some examples: For women: Cocktail dresses, long dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates are all great options. We want everyone to feel their best and look polished—feel free to go a little dressy! Since the wedding will be outdoors, we don’t recommend tall, skinny heels—block heels, wedges, flats, or dressy sandals will be more comfortable on grass. For men: A suit or dress pants with a blazer and button-down shirt. Ties are optional but always welcome. Dress shoes or loafers are perfect. We’d love for everyone to look and feel fantastic—come dressed to celebrate in style!

Will parking be available at the venue?

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at a hotel?

Answer

No, we have not blocked any rooms becuase there should be plenty available! The nearest hotel is the Hampton Inn in Ashland City. Please see the travel tab for additional information.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hours will take place outdoors. Guests will have to walk through the grass to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel for the wedding?

Answer

We will not be providing shuttle transportation to or from the hotel. However, there is plenty of parking available at the venue for those who choose to drive. Guests are also welcome to use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft to get to and from the celebration. If you drive to the venue and later decide you’re not comfortable driving back, you're more than welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight and pick it up the next day.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, it will be specified on your invitation. Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate those formally invited. Thanks for understanding!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 12 on our wedding day.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! All alcohol will be provided.

What time should I arrive at your ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. In our case, we ask that the latest arrival time is 3:45pm.

Will dinner be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will provide dinner after cocktail hour.

What time will the reception end?

The wedding reception will end around 9:30pm.
