My forever friend! Jazmin and I met in 6th grade homeroom. We were lucky enough to be in the same homeroom thanks to our alphabetically similar last names. From the time we became best friends we spent a majority of our time together. From sleepovers pretty much every night in middle school and high school to roommates in college for four years. Now she lives in Seattle which has become one of my favorite places to visit! We have a million inside jokes and can talk about the same topic until we are blue in the face. We share a love for the same TV shows, food (we especially miss the fried chicken meal from BJ's), and each other's company. We have officially arrived at our bridal era and I couldn't imagine anyone else standing by me on this special day.

My Vanessa! We met during college orientation. They had pre-assigned us groups for the day and we were lucky enough to be in the same one. We spent the day getting to know each other and laughing at everything. We have been best friends since! We lived together in college in Reno and she now lives out in Seattle with Jazmin. She is one of the most thoughtful people I know and I am inspired by her energy to make everyone feel loved and included. We enjoy cracking jokes, watching reality TV, and trying new places to eat! It has also been a plus that her boyfriend Ethan has become one of Jason's best friends. I know she will add an extra level of care and love to our day.

Harrison is another one of my college best friends! We were lucky enough to live across the hall from each other in the same dorm freshman year. We instantly clicked, so much so that we considered ourselves parallel to one another. We also enjoy our little jokes and talking about life! Harrison moved to Washington DC not too soon after college (right after our first job after college together in the corporate world. Was not for us btw), then to the Bay Area, and he now resides in Colorado. I have always admired the way his lives his live with zero fear and his appetite for what the world has to offer. Even after all the time and distance we have remained the best of friends.

Antonella is another one my best friends I met in my college era! We met through mutual friends thanks to Jason. We bonded over our desire to always be giggling and going out on the town! And of course a hot bowl of pho to help you recover the next day. Many of our favorite memories together include running around at music festivals and taking in all life has to offer. She moved to San Diego a few years ago to grow her fashion business where she makes the most beautiful handmaid pieces of clothing. SD has become another one of my homes that I excitingly get to visit! Again, another friendship that has withstood to test of distance.

My adventurous friend! Maybe a little too adventurous, because sometimes I get nervous I will see she went missing in a foreign country during one of her solo international travels. Raquel and I met at Figure, both of first jobs after college. (Vanessa, Jazmin, and Harrison also worked here, those were the days!) Raquel and I loved to come visit each other on our 15 minute breaks they allowed us. Our favorite topics to discuss included complaining and our crypto investments. We soon became best friends and along with our other coworkers enjoyed spending our weekends together! Raquel took me to my first Taylor Swift concert in October 2024 in New Orleans. A trip I will never forget!

My Aries sister! Breiann and I met through Antonella after she had moved away to San Diego. It seemed like we had known each other forever! We spent a lot of time in our younger 20’s going out on the town together. Today we enjoy trying new restaurants and going to the lake. Breiann is one of the most insightful people I know and I love when she shares glimpses of the world through her eyes. She also is an amazing cook! We enjoy sharing recipes and I enjoy eating her food. So grateful to have her here with me in Reno.

My sister wife, Kylie! Kylie is married to Jason’s best man, Mike. We started dating them right around the same time. We have developed a special bond over the years and I always let her know that I can’t wait to grow old together. For whatever reason Mike hoarded Kylie from us so it took a few years before we really got to know one another. And once we did, I was sad we didn’t get a chance to get closer sooner! She is always down to have a good time. Our favorite activities together enjoy making fun of Mike and Jason and sharing a few cocktails. I am so lucky to have you in our life!

If there’s something to joke about, me and Alyssa are on it! Alyssa is Vick’s (one of Jason’s many best friends) girlfriend (soon to be fiancé we hope). I was a little nervous to meet her a few years ago, because Vick never brought a girl around us so I wasn’t too sure of his type. But there was nothing to worry about, because we immediately got along. We laugh at nothing and probably share too much with each other as Jason & Vick have reprimanded us in the past for not being able to keep secrets. Sorry boys! We enjoy snapchatting each other about our days and eating over at her parent’s house. She is also one of Jazzy & Daisy’s favorite babysitters.
