Where should I stay?

Answer

There is a room block at the Hampton Inn Woodinville and a discounted rate has been arranged at the Hilton Garden Inn Bothell. We intend to have shuttles running from both hotels to and from the wedding. Please see the 'Travel' tab for more information and booking links. You are also welcome to arrange your own accommodations!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Cocktail Attire! Think slacks and button ups (suit jackets are optional) and knee-to-floor-length dresses.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside, and the reception will be inside.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue by 3:30 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00.

Is there transportation between the hotels and the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be available for guests staying at the Hampton Inn Woodinville and the Hilton Garden Bothell to take guests between the hotel and wedding venue before and after the event.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

For those driving, there is ample parking available. Please note that there is no overnight parking available, so plan accordingly!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In an effort to keep our wedding as personal as possible, we are limiting the number of plus ones. If your date is invited, they will be individually addressed on the invitation.

We love your children, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to see you!

After formal invitations are sent, you will be directed back to this website, where each invitee can RSVP directly through the site!
