Our wedding attire is cocktail style. For the gentlemen, a suit, sport coat, and/or tie is perfect — but not required. For the ladies, short or long dresses are both wonderful options, as well as dressy jumpsuits. The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, while the cocktail hour will be hosted on the patio outside of the lodge. October weather can be hit or miss, so we recommend bringing along a light jacket. Since we’re embracing all the autumn vibes in October, we’d love for everyone to stick to earth tones and neutrals — think warm browns, deep greens, darker blues, tans, rust, and other seasonal shades. We kindly ask that you avoid bright colors and overly casual attire like jeans and t-shirts. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up and celebrating with us!
Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the time designated on your invitation so that you can find a seat and be settled prior to the start of the ceremony. We will be beginning the ceremony promptly!
Yes! Both our ceremony and reception will take place at Hart Square Village. The venue has plenty of space for both events, along with convenient on-site parking for our guests.
Yes, weather permitting, our cocktail hour following the ceremony will be held outdoors on the Education Center patio. Since we’ll be celebrating in mid-October, the weather can vary a bit — it may be helpful to bring a light jacket just in case.
While we absolutely adore your little ones, at this time we’re only able to accommodate children who are part of the wedding party or specifically listed on your invitation. We hope you’ll take this as an opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved date night and celebrate with us! Thank you so much for understanding — we can’t wait to share the evening with you.
You will be able to RSVP through our wedding website under the “RSVP” page. Please search your name to fill out your RSVP information once you have received your invitation in the mail. These numbers are very important for our caterer!
Our cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres and reception dinner buffet will allow us to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please be sure to note any allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP so we can make sure you’re well taken care of.
