ENGAGEMENT PARTY

Our day began in Jokularson, Iceland, with a peaceful breakfast overlooking the largest glacier in Europe. Full of excitement and anticipation, we set off for the most thrilling part of our trip—the glacier hike. Along the way, we were captivated by stunning ice caves and breathtaking scenery, all while making new friends and sharing unforgettable moments. After six hours of hiking, we returned to relax and enjoy a warm cup of coffee in the hot tub under the vast Icelandic sky. Later that evening, we set out once more to chase the Northern Lights. Together we made our way back to the same spot we had hiked earlier. Not long after we arrived, Lailah spotted a faint green light in the sky. And just like that, the Northern Lights began to dance above us, more magnificent than we could have ever imagined. In that magical moment, Loren took Lailah’s hands and began to express her love in the most heartfelt way. Before we knew it, Loren was down on one knee, holding out a ring and asking Lailah to spend forever with her. Overwhelmed with joy, we laughed, we cried, and in that beautiful, unforgettable moment, we became engaged. We’re beyond thrilled to share this incredible chapter of our lives with you and can’t wait to celebrate together. We hope to see you there!
