But if you really want to hear how everything happened, here it goes: May 22nd, 2017—Laila messages Antoine on Tinder (yes, she takes the credit, and yes, she'll happily give a Tinder success story testimonial!) May 29th, 2017—Laila and Antoine have their first date at MET bar in Boston June 11th, 2017—Antoine asks Laila to make it official (Laila was so happy that the next day everyone at work asked her what had happened that weekend) November 23rd—Antoine meets Laila's family (and everyone loves him) December 16th, 2017—Laila and Antoine move in together December 22nd, 2017—Laila and Antoine go on their first trip to France together and Laila meets Antoine's family (Antoine's grandma cried of happiness when she saw them together!) July 3rd 2018—Laila and Antoine celebrate their first anniversary in the French Alps (where Antoine was supposed to propose, but the ring didn't get there on time) August 5th 2018—Antoine invites Laila to dinner in a very suspicious way. Laila knew something was going on. They go to dinner to the restaurant where they had their third date. Laila is waiting anxiously for him to propose after dinner (as she had warned him not to propose in front of everyone), but nothing happens. They are back at home, ready to go to sleep and.... Antoine achieves to surprise Laila in asking her to marry him (She thought she had everything under control...). She says yes, then cries, then says yes. September 7th, 2018—Laila and Antoine get married at Boston's Cityhall (The video of Laila crying as she reads her vows is available upon request.) March 2nd, 2019—Laila and Antoine move to California to pursue their dreams and start a new chapter of their lives together September 21st, 2019—Laila and Antoine could not be happier to finally celebrate their love and marriage with their family and close friends!
