During the day, go to Boutique du Vampire located at 709 St. Ann Street and ask for the password (or strike up a convo with the staff and they're likely to give you the password). They will also reveal the location. Rumor has it Potions is located behind Fritzel's European Jazz Pub on Bourbon Street. The entrance is secret, so look for a specific door at the back of the jazz club and give the password.
