Flight
Abruzzo Airport (PSR)
Abruzzo airport or the Pescara airport is the closest major airport to our wedding venue in Teramo. It's about 45 minutes away. This is the easiest option of the options listed. The easiest way is to fly into Milan airport and then there are flights from Milan to Pescara. You can also fly into London or another major European city and then fly to Pescara. Taxis are very easy to get from the airport to take you to your hotel/air bnb. Pescara is one of the main cities in Abruzzo and is close to the mountains and beach!
Flight
Rome Airport (FCO)
Rome is also one of the preferred airports to fly into. It still will take a couple hours of a bus ride to get to Pescara. There are no connecting flights from Rome to Pescara. FlixBus has a ton of buses and locations and they are pretty cheap (from $18-20 per ticket) depending on if you wanted to explore Rome prior to the wedding (I recommend it because Rome is gorg!!). Flix Bus will stop near Rosetto Degli Abruzzi which is 10 minutes from our venue! Pronto Bus also always runs to and from each city. You can also rent a car if you do not want to ride the bus if you choose this option.
Rental Car
Car Renting
You can also rent a car! This is probably the easiest way to get around/to the venue from wherever you end up choosing to fly into to spend most of your time in. You can rent cars right from the airport of your choice. I would recommend looking on SkyScanner or Expedia. This can sometimes be challenging because driving in Italy can be chaotic and a lot of the cars are manual only, so automatic may be a challenge to rent so book/call to request in advance if this is your preference. You will need your drivers license, passport, and potentially an international driving permit (which you can get for around $20 through AAA). Some places require the IDP and some do not so I recommend calling and inquiring before booking. Some rental companies do not care if you are under 25 and some do.

Hotels in Roseto Degli Abruzzi
We strongly recommend that the night before/night of the wedding you stay in this town. Roseto Degli Abruzzi is the closest city to our wedding venue which is on a mountain. It is about 10-20 minutes to our venue. It is a smaller town. There are a lot of fun activities in this area as well!
