We’re getting married!

We met at our current employment (ICDC)... we we’re going to meet up at the bowling alley with other coworkers. I decided not to go and when I texted Marcus to say I wasn’t going to be able to attend he responded “You know you’re a sexy chocolate cutie right?” Lol I was like he is so lame lol. We kept talking and I think we kind of grew on each other! He’s now one of my best friends! Who would’ve thought we’d be here today...because he wasn’t even my type 😉🤪

We’d talked about marriage on many occasions even went to look at rings but I had no idea when the day would come and he would pop the question. Everyone was in on it except me of course. I was told to step outside at work and there he was...a banner on my car saying “will you marry me” and he dropped to one knee! I said Yessssss! We’re getting married and I’m so excited to become Ms. Boler!
