We have been watching the COVID outbreak very closely and have sadly decided to postpone the wedding. We will now be getting married August 22nd, 2020(the venue will remain the same), we hope everyone will still be able to come out and celebrate with us!

Tyler was asked to come help train the new goalie on Karlie's lacrosse team. From the second he showed up to the field, all the girls could talk about was the cute men's team goalie. They instantly began planning a party with the men's team so they could all see him again. Tyler and Karlie got paired up to be teammates in a game and began talking. After that night, Karlie found Tyler and Facebook and sent him a friend request. Within a few minutes of accepting the request, Tyler sent Karlie a message. After a few weeks of messaging back and forth, they finally decided to go out on a real date...and the rest is history!

While on a beach trip, Karlie and Tyler got dressed up and enjoyed a dinner out with friends. Plans were made to head over to the Kill Devil Hills sand dunes after eating dinner to catch the sunset. So, with bellies full from the all you can eat buffet, the group made their way up and over all the sand dunes. The girls picked out the perfect sunset picture spot, and everyone took turns getting some pictures taken. Karlie and Tyler took a few before their friends started posing them and playing photographer. They directed Tyler to stand behind Karlie and hug her from behind for an adorable picture. After a few shots, they told Karlie to turn around and look to him for one last picture. As Karlie turned around Tyler was down on one knee with a ring in his hand!
