While staying at Anderson’s Lodge, you’re welcome to rent a boat to enjoy some fishing or take a leisurely cruise on the water. The office staff will be happy to help you book a rental. Fishing equipment is also available to rent — and you’re welcome to fish right off the dock if you prefer to stay close to shore!

Sioux Mountain Trail Hike is one of the most popular trails in Sioux Lookout. The trail is approximately 4.8 kilometres long and offers breathtaking views of Sioux Lookout. Several benches along the way provide a perfect opportunity to take a break and enjoy the scenery. Sioux Mountain Trail Hike is a must-do for anyone visiting the Sioux Lookout area.

While you’re here for the weekend, feel free to make the most of your time at the lake! Play a casual game of touch football in front of your cabin, set up a few lawn games like cornhole or Spikeball, jump in the lake or gather a group for cards or board games. Take a walk, relax by the shoreline, watch the sunset, or end the night around a fire with friends — it’s the perfect chance to hang out with old friends and meet new ones, all at your own pace.
