What are the COVID-19 protocols for your wedding?

Answer

In order to keep our guests safe, we are requesting that all wedding guests be fully vaccinated. If vaccination is not possible for you, we ask that you please do not attend our wedding.

Are children invited to the wedding?

We promise we love kids, but we kindly request that all wedding guests are 18 and older.

What is the attire?

Answer

Garden cocktail. Women: summery dresses. Men: suit and tie. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting).

What are the transportation options?

Answer

We are providing shuttle buses for guests from the Cambria Hotel in downtown Asheville to the Crest Pavilion at 5:15 PM. Guests will be returned to the hotel at the end of the reception. The Cambria Hotel is within walking distance of most downtown hotels. Please email Laura Laffond at llaffond@comcast.net by May 25, if you plan to take the shuttle. Uber and Lyft are available in Asheville. We recommend scheduling rides in advance to secure your ride. There is also parking available at the venue, but we urge guests to consider alternatives due to the windy and dark roads leading up to the Crest Pavilion.
