Many restaurants at the resort have dress code. For men, collared shirts and dress shorts or slacks, and dress shoes or leather sandals is appropriate for many. For women, summer dresses or cocktail dresses, casual skirts or pants and blouses. Jeans are also appropriate at many as long as they are not cut offs! Plenty of sunscreen and bug spray! As well as numerous bathing suits. When we are not wedding celebrating or eating at a nice restaurant, you’ll probably be hanging out in your bathing suit and cover up!
We know that this wedding is costly to attend so we are not expecting gifts, your presence is gift enough. We do have a registry set up on this website for our honeymoon fund and other little funds to help towards weekend getaways but please do not feel obligated to give a gift.
Yes, you do need a passport! If you currently have a passport, please make sure it doesn't expire 6 months after the departure date from Punta Cana. If it will expire, make sure you renew it! You can fill out all the paperwork online and mail it in. Make sure to do this with plenty of time before the wedding. Plan ahead!
