Yes! To ensure that we have our final guest count ready for all of our vendors, we ask that you please RSVP by August 22, 2026.
Yes! We love kids and want to share our special day with them. However, due to venue restrictions, we are limited to a certain number of guests. As such, we only have room for children who are specifically indicated in the invitation!
We ask that you do not bring anyone whose name wasn't on your save-the-date or invitation, as we are only allowed a limited number of guests.
Pizza, including pepperoni, vegetable, and margarita, will be served at the reception. If any guests require their food to be gluten free, dairy free, or another similar specification, we ask that you please reach out to the bride and groom at (520) 282-1436 so we can let our chef know in advance!
The ceremony and reception will both take place at The Meadow at Schnepf Farms, which is an entirely outdoor venue. Parking is conveniently located right outside of the venue, and there are no stairs or long walks between parking, the ceremony, and/or the reception area!
We have decided that our wedding will be completely alcohol free. We ask that guests please refrain from bringing any alcohol onto the premises, as it will result in the venue fining us for violating our contract. However, we will have plenty of delicious drink options for guests to enjoy throughout our day!
Our DJ has been provided with a full list of songs to play throughout the night, so requests won't be taken. We want all guests to focus on enjoying the evening and dancing the night away!
Our goal is to have a completely unplugged ceremony, so we ask that all guests silence their devices and and refrain from using them. We have a professional photographer and videographer who will be capturing the entire event, so guests can sit back and relax! For the reception, take as many photos and videos as your heart desires!
We hope to start the ceremony promptly at 4 o'clock pm, so we ask that guests start arriving thirty minutes before so that everyone has a chance to find a seat and get comfortable. To minimize interruptions and distractions, guests arriving once the ceremony has already started will be asked to wait at the entrance until it is over.
